Roles and Responsibilites
- A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front office, welcoming visitors, and ensuring smooth communication between students, parents, faculty, and administrative departments.
- Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and guests.
- Maintain a professional and friendly reception environment.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate department.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone and email.
- Transfer calls to the relevant departments.
- Provide information about admissions, courses, and campus facilities.
- Maintain records of visitors, courier deliveries, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
- Relay messages to faculty members and administrative staff.
- Maintain appointment calendars and meeting schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality of institutional information.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Represent the college professionally at all times.

Educational Qualification
