Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented System Administrator (L1 & L2 Support) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across desktops, servers, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:L1 Support:
Provide first-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, OS, email, printers)
Troubleshoot basic network, system, and application issues
Respond to service desk tickets and user queries within SLA
Perform user account management (AD, email, access rights)
Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams when required
L2 Support:
Diagnose and resolve complex system, network, and application issues
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers
Monitor system performance, backups, and security alerts
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP
Assist with patch management, system upgrades, and migrations
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and incident reports
Proficiency in ISO and ISMS audit process
Sound knowledge in Information Security management System ( ISO 27001)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
