About the Role:
ThriveNext Education LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) / Education Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them toward suitable programs while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational programs and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the admission process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales. will be prefered.
