Job Title: Sr. Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control of steel bottles and other metal products from raw material to finished goods.
- Implement and monitor quality management systems in compliance with BIS standards and food-grade certifications.
- Conduct regular audits (BIS audit knowledge preferred) to ensure compliance with steel FOD-grade specifications.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to maintain product quality standards.
- Identify non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, inspection reports, and audit findings.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
- Prior experience in steel bottle manufacturing or metal packaging industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BIS standards, food-grade steel, and related audits.
- Understanding of metal finishing processes, coating, and corrosion resistance.
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- 2–5 years in quality control/execution in steel bottle or metal packaging lines.
- Exposure to best-in-class metal product lines for food-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience in BIS audit preparation and compliance.
