Roles & Responsibilities in Detail:
- Sales Officer/Executive (Home Loans): Responsible for sourcing new loan applications, achieving monthly sales targets, and cross-selling products.
- Loan Officer/Counselor: Handles the technical and financial aspects, advising clients, assessing CIBIL reports, and assisting with application submission.
- Branch Manager (Home Loan Sales): Oversees team performance, onboards new channel partners, and manages the end-to-end sales process.
- Recovery/Collection Manager: Manages the collection of payments, negotiates payment plans, and handles non-performing assets .
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Usually 1-3 years in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales, specifically mortgage sales.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and sales capabilities.
- Knowledge: Understanding of credit underwriting, CIBIL reports, and property documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
