We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into appointments or sales, maintaining customer relationships, and guiding junior telecallers to achieve team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Convert leads into appointments, consultations, or sales.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns, objections, and complaints effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth customer handling.
- Monitor and support junior telecallers in achieving their performance goals.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on call activities and conversions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinics, salons, wellness centers, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
