We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MBA graduate to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration)
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel (if field-based role)
