Sr. Executive – (Operations) Procurement / Supply Chain Management

What this job involves
You will be performing the role of procurement/supply chain management at the site and will be responsible for the procurement/supply chain responsibility defined in the Property Management Services agreement with client. Your key deliverables will be to:
- Oversee and validate purchase requisitions from all departments
- Ensure accuracy of specifications, quantities, and budget alignment
- Approve and monitor issuance of purchase orders (POs)
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, specifications, and contractual terms
- Ensure proper authorization as per delegation of authority (DOA)
- Monitor procurement timelines and vendor performance
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Resolve supply chain issues, delays, or quality concerns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
- Identify and onboard new vendors to strengthen supply base
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, SOPs, and DOA
- Maintain transparency and ethical procurement practices
- Ensure compliance with as per company policy, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits
- Cost savings and procurement efficiency

You will be working on Brookfield Portfolio, which is a Commercial Property, located at Delhi.
Reporting:
You will be reporting to the Head Property Manager.
