Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided data.
- Explain company services (Solar Rooftop / Ground Mounted systems) to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for Sales/BDE executives.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain call records, lead details, and daily reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
