Job Summary
P&R Infraprojects Ltd. is seeking dynamic and experienced Project Coordinators for Bridge Construction Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between project sites and the Head Office to support timely and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure timely execution of bridge construction works.
- Maintain regular communication with project sites, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate procurement activities, material dispatches, and resource planning as per project requirements.
- Monitor project documentation including drawings, approvals, correspondence, contracts, and technical records.
- Assist in project billing, measurement verification, reconciliation, and cost monitoring.
- Follow up on approvals, inspections, client requirements, and statutory clearances to avoid project delays.
- Support Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure activities.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and facilitate smooth communication between site teams and Head Office.
- Prepare MIS reports, project dashboards, and management presentations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Liaise with government departments, clients, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Track project milestones and proactively identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks.
- Maintain records of project correspondence, meeting minutes, action trackers, and project data.
- Coordinate activities related to bridge erection, launching, structural works, and associated infrastructure construction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech) in Civil/Mech Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in project coordination within bridge, highway, railway, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Good understanding of project planning, execution monitoring, billing coordination, and documentation control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
