What we're looking for:

- Hands-on experience designing scalable data warehouse solutions
- Experience with OLTP, OLAP, ETL/ELT, and cloud migration projects
- Strong SQL development and database optimization skills
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in data governance, metadata management, and technical documentation
- Leadership and mentoring experience (preferred for senior roles)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
