Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging top talent for various business functions. The intern will primarily focus on headhunting, talent mapping, candidate sourcing, and building talent pipelines through professional networking platforms and job portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct headhunting activities for niche and critical positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Perform market mapping and competitor talent research.
- Reach out to passive candidates through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and prepare candidate summaries.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, sourcing databases, and candidate records.
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Generate sourcing reports and share recruitment updates with the Talent Acquisition team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
