Description:
A store executive in a manufacturing company is responsible for managing the flow of materials, from receiving raw goods to dispatching finished products, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company procedures. Key duties include inventory management, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments like quality control and production, and ensuring the store area is clean, safe, and organized. Key responsibilities
- Inventory management:
- Track, manage, and maintain stock levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Perform cycle counts and stock-taking to ensure accuracy.
- Handle stock issues against requisitions and update records accordingly.
- Receiving and dispatching:
- Unload, receive, and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Ensure all goods are properly received and moved to the correct storage locations.
- Dispatch materials to production departments or finished goods for shipment.
- Record keeping and reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all material movements in and out of the store, often using an ERP system.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly inventory and stock reports to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and packing slips, is maintained.
- Commerce and any graduates.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per month
