PMAY Documentation Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a PMAY Documentation Executive who will be responsible for collecting, verifying, organizing, and processing customer documents required for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) and home loan applications. The candidate should ensure accurate documentation and coordinate with customers, banks, and internal teams for smooth processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect all required documents from customers.
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of documents.
- Maintain customer files (physical & digital).
- Coordinate with customers for pending or missing documents.
- Prepare files for PMAY and home loan processing.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and legal teams whenever required.
- Keep records updated in Excel/CRM.
- Track application status and provide timely updates.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company and government guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in documentation, banking, home loans, or real estate.
- Freshers with good documentation skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
- Strong documentation and file management skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of PMAY and home loan documentation is preferred.
