Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager with strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and account management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing listings, account health, and overall seller account performance. Candidates with only order processing experience are not suitable for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize multiple Amazon seller accounts
- Create and manage product listings, variations, and cataloging
- Monitor account health and resolve policy violations
- Handle FBA shipments and coordination
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver quality work
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Amazon account management
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listings, FBA, and account health
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
