Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Associate Manager – Academic Operations to drive operational excellence for the Power Batch segment. The role requires close collaboration with academic teams, faculties, mentors, and students to ensure seamless delivery of academic programs while maintaining high standards of student engagement, academic quality, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills, along with a deep understanding of the JEE/NEET ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Program Management
Manage end-to-end academic operations for Power Batch programs
Ensure timely execution of academic calendars, schedules, tests, and learning activities
Coordinate with faculties and academic teams for seamless academic delivery
Monitor syllabus progression and ensure alignment with academic goals
Student Engagement & Performance
Drive student attendance, engagement, and retention initiatives
Monitor student performance and identify intervention opportunities
Coordinate mentorship and support programs to improve learning outcomes
Ensure timely communication of academic updates, schedules, and important announcements
Faculty & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a key liaison between faculties, mentors, operations teams, and students
Support faculty planning, scheduling, and operational requirements
Ensure smooth resolution of academic and operational challenges
Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze attendance, performance, and engagement metrics
Prepare dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for leadership teams
Drive data-backed initiatives to improve student outcomes and operational efficiency
Process Excellence
Identify opportunities to improve academic processes and student experience
Implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness
Ensure adherence to academic and operational quality standards
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Academic Operations, Program Management, EdTech, or Coaching Operations
Strong understanding of the IIT-JEE and NEET preparation ecosystem
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard management
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
High ownership, execution capability, and problem-solving orientation
