About the Role
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager – India to join Elixr Labs. This is a critical role focused on building our domestic presence across key markets in India, driving new client acquisition, and shaping high-value relationships in healthcare, government, and enterprise sectors. You will be responsible for creating and converting opportunities across our product and service portfolio.

What would you do
Market Development & Lead Generation
o Build and expand Elixr Labs’ presence across key target cities in India.
o Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers in healthcare providers, government agencies, and enterprises.
o Develop a strong opportunity pipeline aligned to Elixr Labs’ core products and services (Banyan, Healthverse, Care Connect, IT Services).
o Own and deliver revenue targets for assigned regions and verticals.
Consultative Selling & Solution Positioning
o Understand client pain points and map them to Elixr Labs’ solutions, emphasizing value drivers like compliance, scalability, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
o Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demos for CXO-level stakeholders.
o Lead pricing discussions and negotiate terms within approved commercial guidelines.
Pre-Sales & RFP Collaboration
o Work with the pre-sales and solutioning team to craft winning RFP responses, proposals, and SoWs.
o Ensure alignment of technical solutions with customer business goals during the sales cycle.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement
o Build relationships with hospital networks, healthcare associations, system integrators, and channel partners.
o Represent Elixr Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in India.
Sales Process & Reporting
o Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM.
o Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets with disciplined execution.
Qualifications & Skills
5–8 years of progressive sales/business development experience in IT services, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in India, preferably in healthcare, government, or regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of:
o Cloud & Infrastructure Services: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, containerization, and enterprise-grade infrastructure modernization.
o AI-Accelerated Delivery & Data Engineering: AI-assisted software development, automation, predictive analytics, and data pipeline engineering across industries.
o Enterprise & SaaS Platforms: ERP, CRM, HRMS, CMS, and specialized healthcare platforms (EMR/HIS, telehealth, teleradiology, Care Connect, Banyan, Healthverse).
o APIs & Integrations: REST, GraphQL, middleware, ESB, and interoperability across legacy and cloud-native systems.
o Digital Transformation Services: UI/UX implementation, DevOps, compliance-driven solutions, custom application development, and domain-specific modernization for healthcare, government, education, and enterprise IT.
Experience in drafting high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work with clear articulation of value propositions.
Proven ability to collaborate with presales/technical teams to ensure solution accuracy and feasibility during the sales cycle.
Experience working closely with marketing teams on campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and event participation.
Excellent documentation and written communication skills for proposals, decks, and client correspondence.
Strong negotiation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
Flexibility to travel frequently across India for client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and build trusted client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and pipeline targets.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot) and digital sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation).
Experience in building and managing channel/partner relationships to drive indirect sales.
