A Press Shop Supervisor (DME Holder) is typically responsible for supervising metal pressing/stamping operations in a manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and manpower management are achieved efficiently.
Purpose of the Role
To oversee day-to-day operations of the press shop, manage operators and technicians, ensure smooth production flow, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets with minimum downtime.
*Responsibilities*
Supervise press shop operations and achieve production targets.
Ensure product quality through in-process inspections and quality checks.
Manage manpower allocation, training, and shop-floor discipline.
Coordinate machine maintenance, die changes, and minimize downtime.
Enforce safety standards, 5S practices, and continuous improvement activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
