Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare BOQs, monitor budgets, process billing, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Review drawings and monitor project costs and budgets.
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work completed.
- Maintain cost reports and project documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–7 years of quantity surveying experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of estimation, billing, BOQs, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
