Job Summary
A leading catering and food services company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to oversee and manage operations across multiple client sites in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining service quality, managing teams, and driving operational excellence across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple catering and food service sites.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage site teams including supervisors, kitchen staff, service staff, and support personnel.
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements where required.
- Coordinate manpower planning, deployment, and workforce management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Handle client relationships and address operational concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Drive team productivity, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in catering operations, facility management, hospitality, or food services
Experience managing multiple sites/units preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
