Bijay Pustak Bhandar Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a motivated and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The role involves visiting schools, coaching centres, colleges, and educational institutions to promote books, build strong relationships, generate business opportunities, and support academic sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools, coaching centres, colleges, tuition centres, and institutions regularly.
- Meet principals, coordinators, teachers, librarians, and management representatives.
- Carry and present sample books to relevant subject teachers.
- Explain product features, syllabus relevance, and academic advantages.
- Invite institutions to visit our office/showroom for book selection for upcoming academic sessions.
- Generate new leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up for adoptions, orders, approvals, and repeat business.
- Collect market feedback regarding syllabus changes, demand trends, and competitor activity.
- Submit daily visit reports and lead progress updates.
- Coordinate with billing, dispatch, sales, and backend teams.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.
Required Skills:

- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Quick learner with interest in books and academic products.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Own two-wheeler for field visits.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Laptop preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and reporting tools.
- Experience in educational sales, publishing sales, school marketing, or field sales preferred.
