Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient AI Visual Content Creator who is fluent in modern editing workflows and actively leveraging AI tools for video generation, enhancement, automation, and scalability.
This role requires someone who understands short-form digital content, emotional storytelling, interactive card mechanics, and platform-driven engagement (web, email, social, mobile).
The ideal candidate combines creative instinct with technical precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Production
- Edit high-quality short-form and mid-length video content for eCards, campaigns, landing pages, and social platforms.
- Transform static greeting concepts into dynamic video experiences.
- Work with stock footage, animation assets, typography, and music to build emotionally engaging content.
- Optimize video formats for web performance and cross-device compatibility.
2. AI-Driven Video Creation
Actively use AI tools for:
- Text-to-video generation
- Image-to-video animation
- AI voiceovers and lip-sync
- Motion enhancement and background replacement
- Automated subtitles and localization
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora-like platforms, Adobe AI tools, etc.).
- Identify scalable AI workflows to increase production efficiency without compromising quality.
3. Interactive eCard Innovation
Collaborate with design and product teams to conceptualize interactive video cards (click-triggered animations, layered reveals, audio personalization, countdown effects, etc.).
Contribute ideas for:
- Gamified greeting experiences
- Personalized video inserts
- Dynamic name integration
- Seasonal and trending celebration formats
- Understand user engagement metrics and optimize creative based on data.
4. Platform & Content Alignment
Align video concepts with:
- Celebration calendar events
- Marketing campaigns
- SEO and AEO-friendly storytelling structures
- Ensure consistency in tone, brand emotion, and visual identity across formats.
- Support email campaign creatives and social growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional video editing experience.
Proficiency in:
- Strong understanding of motion graphics and typography.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered video tools.
- Strong storytelling instincts, able to translate emotion into visual rhythm.
- Understanding of user engagement psychology in digital greetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts).
- Familiarity with interactive web elements (basic understanding of HTML/CSS animations is a plus).
- Experience working in celebration, entertainment, or lifestyle content.
- Understanding of email marketing creative formats.
