Job Summary
The Sr. Officer – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of quality talent across the organization. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offer and joining processes, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
