- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods using Inventory Management Software. Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.Stock Management: Monitor stock levels against reorder thresholds, prepare purchase requisitions, and ensure that obsolete or expired items are properly disposed of.Receiving & Dispatching: Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity, safely store items in designated locations, and issue materials to authorized departments against approved requisitions.Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, maintain the store premises in a clean and organized manner, and ensure that hazardous or sensitive materials are stored securely.Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, transport personnel, and the procurement department to track orders and resolve any delivery discrepancies.
