Job Description :-
- B.Arch with 2-5 years of experience specifically in high-rise residential apartment projects
- Strong experience in preparing detailed architectural working drawings, GFC sets, and coordination drawings for RCC high-rise structures

- Hands-on knowledge of Pune/Maharashtra building bye-laws, DCR, fire norms, parking norms, and basic NBC provisions

- Ability to develop and refine apartment/unit layouts, typical floor plans, cores, and parking layouts with focus on efficiency and saleability

- Proven experience in coordinating with structural and MEP consultants to resolve clashes and ensure buildable details
