- Plan and implement machine layout and optimize equipment usage.
- Lead new product line development and scaling of products.
- Manage daily production operations of the batter division.
- Monitor and control production cost while maintaining efficiency.
- Conduct product shelf-life studies and maintain related documentation.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and update lab testing records for product safety and quality.
- Innovate new packaging designs suitable for product shelf-life and branding.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality compliance standards (GMP, FSSAI, HACCP).

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in food production, preferably in ready-to-cook/ready-to-eat or fermented food products.
- Strong understanding of food production systems, hygiene standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Practical knowledge in shelf-life testing and lab analysis.
- Good planning, documentation, and leadership skills.
- Exposure to ready-to-cook or fermented food products will be an added advantage.
- Compensation: Pay will match industry standards and will be commensurate with experience.
