Job Summary:
Kalyam Pharma is looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Medical Representatives to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, medical stores, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to generate prescriptions and sales in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and medical stores daily.
- Promote company products effectively.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product sales.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly sales and visit targets.
- Submit daily field work reports to management.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits.
- Ensure availability of products in medical stores and hospitals.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to work in field sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-focused.
Qualification:
- Graduate preferred (Science/Pharma background is an advantage).
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Experience:
- 0–3 years in Pharma Sales / Medical Representative field.
