Job Title: Technical Painter – Wood Coatings
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Painter for Wood Coatings who will be responsible for paint application, handling customer complaints, and providing on-site technical support. The candidate will ensure proper application techniques and deliver effective solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply wood coatings (primer, sealer, polish, paint) as per standard procedures
- Visit customer sites to inspect and handle complaints
- Identify issues related to coating defects and provide practical solutions
- Perform live demonstrations/application at customer sites during complaint resolution
- Ensure proper surface preparation and finishing quality
- Guide customers and contractors on correct application methods
- Coordinate with the technical and sales team for issue resolution
- Maintain records of site visits and complaint status
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of wood coating products and application techniques
- Hands-on experience in polishing, spraying, or painting
- Ability to diagnose coating issues (peeling, bubbles, uneven finish, etc.)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
Qualification:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Experience in wood coatings / furniture polishing / painting preferred
Experience:
- 1–3 years in wood coating, painting, or related field
Other Requirements:
- Field job – ready for site visits
- Basic understanding of tools and materials used in wood coatings
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
