Role Overview:

Mintex Tech is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our Ahmedabad team as Junior US Recruiters. In this entry-level role, you will be trained to identify, engage, and recruit talent across the United States. We provide the platform and training; you provide the enthusiasm and communication skills to help us bridge the gap between top talent and leading US companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Learn and execute sourcing strategies to find candidates using job boards and social media platforms.
- Initial Screening: Conduct outbound calls to US-based candidates to verify their interest, availability, and basic qualifications for open roles.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain candidate profiles within our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordination: Assist senior recruiters in scheduling interviews and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential candidates to build a reliable talent pipeline for future needs.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/Post-Graduate degree.
- Freshers with good command over English are welcome.
- Must be comfortable working in the Night Shift.
