We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager with Territory sales experience (especially South, North and West India) in the automotive sector (within the automotive detailing ecosystem, i.e., ceramic coatings & PPF) is preferred but not mandatory.
NOTE: This is a field-intensive, travel-driven role focused on West, South and North India regions, requiring consistent on-ground presence. The selected candidate will represent Ceramic Pro and Kavaca (PPF), driving growth within the premium automotive aftermarket segment.

Key Responsibilities
· Drive sales and revenue growth for Ceramic Pro & Kavaca across the assigned region/territory (West, South, and North India)
· Lead business development and market expansion initiatives across assigned regions
· Identify, onboard, and scale detailing studios, PPF installers, dealer partners, and franchise networks
· Build and strengthen franchise partnerships, focusing on network expansion and long-term growth
· Develop strong relationships with auto detailers, workshops, and car enthusiast communities
· Educate partners and franchisees on ceramic coating and PPF application fundamentals, ensuring quality standards
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business performance
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional demand to identify new opportunities
· Ensure high levels of partner engagement, franchise success, and customer satisfaction
· Collaborate with internal teams to support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing business development initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
· Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the automotive sector, with exposure to territory sales across PAN India (South / West / North regions)
· Hands-on experience in automotive detailing sales / car care products (ceramic coatings & PPF preferred) is preferred but not mandatory (will be an added advantage)
· Experience in managing and growing assigned territories, including dealer networks and partner relationships
· Willingness for frequent and structured travel (minimum 15 days per month across India) - All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company
· Basic understanding of ceramic coatings, PPF, and detailing products is preferred but not mandatory
· Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
· Language proficiency (English and Hindi) is mandatory, as the selected candidates will be dealing with premium automobile segment
Role Scope & Growth
· This is an individual contributor (IC) role, responsible for driving end-to-end franchise sales, with competitive compensation and high earning potential through performance-linked incentives
· The role offers a fast-track progression into a leadership position, based on consistent performance and the ability to build and scale strong partner relationships
Preferred Profile
· Experience in automotive aftermarket or detailing product sales in distribution market
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong language proficiency (both English and Hindi)
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
