Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF AutoCAD - SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMMAND AT UNDERSTANDING CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND IMPLEMENTING THE WORK ACCORDINGLY
- PREPARING BAR BENDING SCHEDULE (MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE)
- Preparing material requirement in advance and ensuring materials are provided to sub-contractors on time based on drawing
- Typing Letters, taking dictation and following general instructions
- Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate
- Making appointments and planning their manager’s diary & calendar
- Organising and attending meetings; sometimes taking minutes and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings
- Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s discretion
- Highly skilled in computer usage and Microsoft Excel, Word
