Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and patient satisfaction across OPD, IPD, Emergency, Diagnostics, and Support Services.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze operational KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Manage manpower deployment, resource utilization, and productivity across departments.
- Address patient grievances and implement effective service recovery measures.
- Support quality audits, accreditation activities, vendor management, and facility operations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations and NABH standards.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Profile
- 4–10 years of experience in hospital operations within a multispecialty hospital.
- Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
