Job Description:
Techfruits Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling customer/candidate interactions, maintaining records, and supporting business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers
Explain company services and provide required information
Handle customer queries professionally
Follow up with potential leads/candidates
Maintain accurate call records and reports
Meet daily and weekly targets
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Basic computer knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
