Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Head / Team Leader to lead and manage large sales teams in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving branch sales performance, team productivity, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in handling large sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ sales professionals
- Drive branch sales targets and ensure revenue achievement
- Monitor team performance, lead conversion, and daily sales activities
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and business growth
- Handle client escalations and support team in deal closures
- Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams for lead management
- Ensure smooth branch operations and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Experience Required:
- 6–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
