- Supervise the housekeeping staff; providing open communication, training, coaching and counseling and provide performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the floors / wards / ICU’s / Operation Theater and special rooms and ensure compliance with the NABH standards and regulations to achieve a high level of cleanliness and customers satisfaction.
- Supervise assignments to staff reviewing special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.
- Issue supplies/goods to staff at beginning of shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
- Monitoring the hospital wastes, linen and pest control practice.
- Respond to staff and customers requests, concerns and problems to ensure customers satisfaction.
- Participates and contributes to all the Quality Improvement activities of the services.
- Adheres to the rules and regulations of the SRH and assures that work performed is in keeping with the established standards of the NABH.
- Performs any other tasks and duties appropriate to his/her realm of knowledge, skills and experience as required by the management.
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Experience: One year of experience in the house keeping supervisor services, preferably in a hospital setting is desirable.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
