- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom.
- Manage, train, and supervise the showroom sales team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS system operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Implement promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation.
