We are looking for a passionate and driven Artist & Tour Manager to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of exclusive artists.
- Increase bookings and revenue for the artists by actively driving sales and business development.
- Build and expand a strong network of corporate clients, event agencies, wedding planners, and direct clients.
- Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Coordinate artist bookings, schedules, rehearsals, travel, accommodation, and hospitality.
- Manage on-ground show execution, artist hospitality, production coordination, and client servicing.
- Act as the primary point of contact between artists and clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen artist branding and visibility.
- Negotiate commercial terms while protecting the interests of both the artist and the company.
- Ensure seamless execution of every event from enquiry to post-show completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in artist management or the entertainment industry.
- Based in Mumbai.
- Experienced candidates residing in Mumbai Suburbs (Bandra–Borivali) will be preferred.
- A proven track record in artist sales, client acquisition, or entertainment business development will be an added advantage.
- Passionate about the entertainment industry with a strong desire to grow artists' careers.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and excited to manage artists at shows across India.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by live events and artist commitments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
