HR Recruiter
Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
About Us
Luster Services Private Limited is a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company providing Data Entry, Data Processing, Quality Assurance, Back Office Support, Customer Support, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, offers, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
- Support onboarding and other HR administrative activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Experience using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, or similar job portals is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
- Payroll or HR Operations experience will be an added advantage.
