About the Role
We are hiring a Housekeeping Executive for luxury hotels and resorts. You will lead the room attendant team, ensure 5-star cleanliness standards, and deliver spotless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
Conduct room inspections and ensure brand SOP compliance.
Manage linen and inventory, staff rosters, and training.
Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth operations.
Requirements
BHM or Hotel Management Diploma.
2 to 5+ years in 4-star or 5-star housekeeping, prior supervisory experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and good communication.
Ability to work shifts and physically fit for 9 hour duty.
Benefits
