About the role
This is a hands-on execution role for someone early in their career who's fast, reliable, and genuinely good at making things look good. You'll support the Social Media Manager across publishing, design, and community, and grow into owning your own channels and campaigns. If you love parenting, finance made simple, or just making scroll-stopping content, you'll fit right in.
Key responsibilities
- Design daily creatives (posts, stories, reels covers) within Nestvest's brand system.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms per the calendar.
- Manage community: respond to comments and DM's in brand voice, flag anything sensitive.
- Support copywriting: draft captions and first-pass copy for the SMM to refine.
- Assist with reels and podcast-clip coordination and light editing where needed.
- Help compile weekly performance data and content trackers.
- Keep the asset library and content archive organised.
- Flag any post that may need compliance approval before it's scheduled.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Execution reliability: publishing accuracy and on-time delivery against the calendar (near-zero missed or late posts).
- Design turnaround: speed and quality of creatives delivered, with minimal revision cycles.
- Community responsiveness: response time and tone-consistency on comments and DMs.
- Content support output: volume of usable drafts and assets produced for the SMM each week.
- Trend awareness: number of relevant trends/formats surfaced and actioned.
- Compliance hygiene: no unapproved promotional content pushed live.
Requirements
- 0–2 years in a social, design, or content role (internships and strong portfolios count).
- Solid graphic design ability, comfortable in Canva, basic Adobe suite and Figma is a plus.
- Good written English and a feel for brand voice; eagerness to learn Nestvest's tone.
- Organised, fast, and dependable, with attention to detail.
- Bonus: basic reel editing (CapCut/Reels editor), or interest in finance/parenting content.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
