6D Healthcare is a Chennai-based lifestyle management company delivering clinician-led wellness programs entirely online. Our team works with clients across India on a 100-Day Daily Monitoring Program built on whole-food nutrition, sleep, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle transformation.
As we grow, we need a dependable, organised Office Assistant to keep our workplace running smoothly so our clinical and wellness teams can focus on what they do best.
The Role
This is a hands-on, all-round office support role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and smooth functioning of our office — from managing housekeeping staff and maintaining supplies, to handling petty cash and running office errands.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the office is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
- Supervise and coordinate with housekeeping / maids for daily upkeep
- Manage petty cash — maintain records, handle reimbursements, and reconcile regularly
- Track and replenish stationery, pantry supplies, and other office consumables to ensure nothing runs out
- Coordinate couriers — dispatching, receiving, and follow-up
- Go out for purchases, courier drops, and other office-related errands as needed (on your two-wheeler)
- Maintain basic records and logs in Microsoft Excel (expense tracking, inventory, vendor contacts)
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as they arise

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — you should be comfortable with basic data entry, simple formulas, and maintaining organised spreadsheets
- Good written and spoken communication in Tamil; working knowledge of English is helpful
- Organised, reliable, and proactive — you notice when something needs doing without being told
- Trustworthy and responsible when handling cash and office assets
Requirements:
- Own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence
- Willingness to travel locally for office work when required
