The Accountant Cum Telemarketing Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities while supporting business growth through telemarketing, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination.
Accounting ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Tax & Compliance
- Assist with GST return preparation and filing.
- Maintain tax-related documentation and records.
- Support statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors during audits.
Reporting
- Generate monthly financial reports.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients.
- Prepare expense reports and budget summaries.
- Maintain financial databases and accounting software records.
Payroll Support
- Process employee salary records.
- Maintain attendance and payroll documentation.
- Handle reimbursement and expense claims.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
- Update CRM records with customer interactions.
Required Skills
Accounting Skills
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Experience with accounting software such as:
- TallyPrime
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Financial record management.
Telemarketing Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation and sales follow-up experience.
- Customer relationship management.
- Telephone etiquette and persuasion skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
