About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Business Loans to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients for MSME and business financing products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Business Loans, SME Lending, Banking, Fintech, or NBFCs, with excellent relationship management and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage new business loan opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSME and business clients.
- Promote Business Loan products and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Loans, SME Lending, Banking, Fintech, or NBFCs.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Sound understanding of MSME and Business Financing products.
- Ability to generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
