Specialist Assistant Manager, Art (FDP)

As a First Draft Support member, you will focus on developing timely, high-quality first drafts of proposals and other pursuit materials using approved templates, standard language, and provided inputs such as client information, partner details, and engagement specifics.
This is an execution-focused role that supports the early stages of the pursuit lifecycle by assembling content efficiently, accurately, and consistently. In this role, you will collaborate with pursuit professionals, build foundational proposal and content development skills, and contribute to Deloitte’s pursuit success.
Work you'll do
As a First Draft Support team member, you will:
- Develop initial drafts of proposal documents and related pursuit materials using approved templates and standardized content.
- Play a lead role in advancing content strategy for First Draft team within the Pursuit Management organization.
- Participate in the design, curation, and optimization of pursuit content including templates and AI-enhanced proposal drafts, while integrating advanced technologies.
- Customize templates with client-specific details, engagement information, and other provided inputs.
- Leverage data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to enhance the relevance, consistency, and impact of proposal content.
- Use approved GenAI tools and standard prompts to support rapid first-draft creation, content assembly, and formatting within defined guidelines.
- Follow established content management practices, including repositories, file-naming conventions, and version control standards, to support efficient review and reuse.
- Assemble and format proposal components such as cover pages, template-based executive summaries, resumes, credentials, and qualifications.
- Compile inputs from multiple sources and ensure content is complete, accurate, and correctly placed within documents.
- Provide guidance and training to the First Draft team on integrating GenAI tools into content management workflows.
- Apply brand, formatting, and compliance standards to ensure materials meet quality expectations prior to handoff.
- Perform editing, proofreading, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Leverage content libraries, repositories, and leading practice materials to support quick turnaround times.
- Support the development of client-facing deliverables, including first-draft proposals, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Work independently or as part of a broader pursuit support team, depending on business needs and deadlines.

Qualifications
Required:
- 6- 9 years of post-Master’s degree relevant experience in pursuit management, with proven experience with content strategy, curation and management
- Master’s degree in business management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn about a wide range of topics
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong initiative and ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- High level of flexibility, responsiveness, and adaptability
