Doma and Boma Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a growing hospitality group behind beloved Kolkata brands known for Himalayan, Tibetan, and Asian fusion dishes. We’re looking for a dedicated Cook / Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen operations and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and quality standards
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for chefs
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and storage areas
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
- Support chefs during busy service periods and help with dishwashing as required
- Receive and store deliveries, checking quality and freshness of ingredients
- Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred, but freshers welcome
- Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
