Objective:
Seeking a strong MEP leader with deep technical expertise across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-fighting systems, and comprehensive end-to-end MEP coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving project execution, mentoring teams, and ensuring technical excellence across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
✓ Lead MEP design, planning, and execution across multiple projects
✓ Review & approve HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-fighting system designs
✓ Oversee heat-load calculations, system sizing & equipment selection
✓ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors
✓ Drive project scheduling, cost control & quality assurance
✓ Prepare and vet technical documents, DBR, BOQ, specifications & tenders
✓ Mentor junior MEP designers and manage smooth workflow allocation
✓ Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues & ensure timely project completion
✓ Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Turnaround Time: Reduce project turnaround times without compromising quality standards.
- Employee & Client Satisfaction: Achieve zero employee and client grievances, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Reporting & Documentation: Ensure timely submission of MIS reports, daily activity reports, and all required documentation on weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
- Discipline & Accountability: Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism within the team, ensuring adherence to schedules and overall project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of MEP design & project management experience
- Strong command over HVAC, electrical, plumbing & fire-fighting systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel & other MEP design tools
- Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving capabilities
