Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible ERP Sales & Support Executive to handle ERP product demonstrations, client calling, documentation, and basic digital marketing activities. The candidate will explain ERP features to employees/clients, conduct product demos, follow up with prospects, maintain required documents and records, and support online marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ERP product demonstrations for clients and employees.
- Make calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
- Explain ERP features, modules, and benefits clearly.
- Prepare and maintain client-related documents and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Assist with basic digital marketing activities and social media posting.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and activity records.
- Support the team in other ERP-related activities as required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with client calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software solutions.
- Good documentation and MS Office skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Education: Graduate / MBA / BBA / BCA or relevant qualification
