Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation projects from design to commissioning.
- Manage PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and system integration.
- Oversee control panel design, manufacturing, wiring, and installation.
- Handle site commissioning, FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Review electrical drawings, panel layouts, and project documentation.
- Lead and mentor automation engineers and wiring teams.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or EEE.
- 8–15 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, control panels, machine commissioning, and project execution.
- Experience in leading automation teams is mandatory.
Technical Skills
- PLCs: Siemens (TIA Portal), Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Delta
- HMI/SCADA: WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Ignition
- Communication: Modbus RTU/TCP, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, OPC
- Hardware: VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, Safety PLCs, MCC Panels, Instrumentation
- CAD: AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN (Preferred)
