We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bid Coordinator / Estimator to manage the end-to-end bidding and pre-construction coordination process for commercial and government projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze bid documents and contracts, effective subcontractor coordination, and consistent communication with internal teams and clients.
This is a remote full-time position with mandatory night shift availability from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review various public and private bid portals/websites to identify relevant project opportunities
- Analyze bid requirements, scope, qualifications, licensing, bonding, insurance, and compliance requirements to determine company eligibility
- Develop and execute bid strategies in coordination with management and estimating teams
- Prepare and distribute RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to subcontractors and vendors
- Source, qualify, and coordinate with subcontractors for pricing and scope coverage
- Follow up with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely quote submissions
- Organize and maintain bid schedules, deadlines, addenda, and document logs
- Prepare complete bid packages, proposal documents, forms, and submission materials
- Review project specifications, drawings, contracts, and bid instructions
- Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and communicate with clients, consultants, and project owners
- Coordinate internally with estimating, operations, project management, and leadership teams during the bidding process
- Assist with pre-construction coordination and meeting preparation
- Maintain accurate records of bids, subcontractor contacts, pricing, and project documentation
- Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and before deadlines
Requirements
- Experience in construction bidding, estimating support, proposal coordination, or pre-construction management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong understanding of RFQs, RFIs, subcontractor coordination, and bid processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDFs, spreadsheets, and online bid platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial, government, healthcare, or public works projects
- Familiarity with bid portals such as SAM.gov, PlanetBids, BuildingConnected, BidNet, or similar platforms
- Experience preparing proposal packages and compliance documents
- Knowledge of construction terminology and project delivery methods

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
