Job Description
Kimirica is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) at DLF Galleria Market, Gurugram. The role is responsible for driving store sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading the store team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and a proven track record of managing premium retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance goals.
- Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT, and Repeat Purchases.
- Ensure a premium customer experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, billing, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
- Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Monitor team attendance, grooming, productivity, and overall store discipline.
- Build customer loyalty through CRM initiatives and personalized customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and retail best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail store operations, preferably within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, wellness, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in managing store operations and leading retail teams.
- Strong sales orientation with a consistent track record of achieving business targets.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, retail KPIs, POS systems, and store reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
